DebtWars is a parody entertainment game. All Game Debt, scores, rankings, titles, and country competitions displayed as part of gameplay are fictional. Purchases buy gameplay actions only. Payments are not donations, investments, wagers, government payments, debt payments, or financial products and have no effect on any country's actual national debt, economy, government finances, creditworthiness, or political standing. Game actions have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money. All sales are final except where a refund is required by law. DebtWars is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any government or government agency.

1. What DebtWars is

DebtWars is a parody entertainment game. All "Game Debt," scores, rankings, titles, and country competitions are fictional and exist only inside the game. DebtWars has no connection to any government, sovereign debt instrument, or financial market.

2. What you purchase

A purchase buys a single deterministic game action: it moves a fictional counter by a fixed number of points ($1 USD = 1,000 Game Debt points), records your action in game activity feeds and leaderboards, and generates a shareable result. Purchases are payments for entertainment. They are not donations, investments, wagers, loans, securities, or financial products, confer no ownership or monetary rights, and have no cash value. Game points cannot be redeemed, transferred, sold, or exchanged for anything of value.

3. No prizes, no gambling

DebtWars offers no prizes, winnings, or payouts of any kind. Nothing in the game involves chance: every outcome of every purchase is fixed and disclosed before payment.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and legally able to use the payment method you provide.

5. Display names and conduct

Display names are optional and moderated. We may remove, replace, or ban any name at our sole discretion, including names that are offensive, impersonate others, or reference real-world violence. We may refuse service and reverse the game effects of payments that are refunded, disputed, or identified as fraudulent.

6. Seasons and game changes

We may reset seasonal scores, adjust game mechanics, add or remove countries, or discontinue the game at any time. Fictional points have no value and their adjustment or loss creates no compensable claim.

7. Refunds

See the Refund Policy. Refunded payments un-apply their game action.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
