Refund Policy

DebtWars purchases are digital entertainment delivered and consumed instantly: the moment your payment is verified, your game action is applied to the scoreboard. Because the product is delivered in full at that moment, purchases are generally final.

Where law gives you rights

Nothing here limits rights that consumer law gives you. If you are in the EU or UK, you consent at checkout to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that this waives the 14-day withdrawal right once the game action is applied.

Something went wrong?

If you were charged without your move being applied, charged twice, or believe a payment was unauthorized, email support@debtwars.lol with your receipt. Genuine mistakes get refunded, no drama.

What a refund does to the game

A refunded or disputed payment automatically un-applies its game action: the points it moved are reversed on the scoreboard and leaderboards. The fictional ledger always reflects verified, kept payments only.
